Appointments & Availability

Appointments are subject to branch, therapist and service availability. A booking request sent by phone, WhatsApp or the website is not confirmed until the branch confirms the appointment.

Prices & Payments

Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Please confirm the current service, price and appointment details with the branch before payment or before the session begins.

Customer Information

Please tell the team before your session about relevant allergies, skin sensitivities, fragrance sensitivities, preferred massage pressure or any areas you would like the therapist to avoid.

Service Conduct

Our listed services are wellness and relaxation services. Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other customers. A branch may refuse or stop a service where safety, inappropriate behaviour or other serious concerns arise.

Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time without a cancellation charge. Once a service has started, payments for that service are non-refundable. For any prepaid booking, please confirm the applicable refund terms with the branch at the time of payment.
