Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation at least two hours before your appointment, no refund after service begins, and information about prepaid bookings.

This policy explains how appointment cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled for Anu Spa / Anu Wellness Studio & Spa bookings.

Free Cancellation or Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time without a cancellation charge.

After a Service Starts

Once a service has started, payments for that service are non-refundable.

Prepaid Bookings

If an appointment is prepaid, please confirm the refund terms that apply to that payment with the branch at the time of booking. We do not publish any additional prepaid-refund rule unless it has been specifically confirmed for your booking.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Contact the branch where you booked, or send a WhatsApp message to +91 70322 87363. Include your name, branch, service, booking date and appointment time so the team can identify your booking.

Need clarification? Please contact your preferred Anu Wellness Studio branch before booking or making a payment. A booking request is confirmed only by branch staff.
